This Privacy Policy is operated by FitPeo Inc. (“FitPeo”, “we”, “us” or “our”) and applies to all websites, mobile applications and services that FitPeo owns and manages (collectively, the “Service”). We respect your privacy and appreciate the confidence you have placed in the Service.

This policy describes what information we collect, how we use and share it, how we protect it, and the choices you have. By using the Service you agree to the practices described here. Information we collect

Registration information

When you create an account or sign up for the Service we collect information such as your name, mailing address, telephone number and email address.

Purchase information

When you buy products or services through the Service we collect payment details, including credit card information, which are used to process your transaction.

Promotions, contests and sweepstakes

If you participate in a promotion, contest or sweepstakes we may ask for your name, address and telephone number so that we can administer the promotion and notify winners.

Information collected automatically

Like most online services we automatically collect certain technical information when you use the Service, including your browser type, operating system, IP address, device identifiers, pages viewed, and other usage data.

Health, fitness & consumer health data

To provide the Service, FitPeo may collect health and fitness data from you directly, from connected devices you pair with the app, and from authorized healthcare providers. This may include heart rate, blood oxygen levels, sleep duration and quality, blood pressure, glucose levels, step count, calorie expenditure, body temperature, stress levels and heart rate variability (HRV), as well as medication, hydration and activity logs you enter.

We do not sell your health data, and we do not share it with third parties for advertising purposes. Health data is used only to deliver and improve the Service for you and is disclosed only to healthcare providers you have authorized to receive it, or as otherwise required by law.

This section also serves as our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy for residents of jurisdictions that require one. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your consumer health data, and may withdraw consent to its collection, by contacting us using the details in the Contact us section.

Apple HealthKit & CareKit

The FitPeo app integrates with Apple’s HealthKit and CareKit frameworks to read and write health and wellness data with your permission. FitPeo does not use HealthKit or CareKit data for advertising or marketing purposes, and we do not sell or disclose it to third parties for such purposes.

You can review or revoke the app’s access to HealthKit data at any time in the Apple Health app on your device.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, personalize and enhance your experience with the Service;
• Provide administrative and technical support and respond to your requests;
• Administer promotions, contests and sweepstakes you enter;
• Perform aggregate demographic and usage analysis to improve the Service;
• Send marketing communications, only where you have given us permission to do so;
• Process purchases and deliver the products or services you ordered; and
• Comply with legal obligations and protect the rights, property and safety of FitPeo, our users and others.

How we share information

Aggregate information

We may share aggregated statistics about our users (for example, the number of users in a particular region) with vendors, advertisers and partners. Aggregate information does not contain personally identifiable information.

Affiliated companies

We may share your information with companies that are affiliated with FitPeo so they can provide and improve the Service.

Business transfers

If FitPeo is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization or sale of some or all of its assets, your personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such transfer and of any choices you may have.

Service providers

We engage trusted third parties to perform services on our behalf, including credit card processing, data hosting and management, customer support and the administration of promotions. These providers receive only the information necessary to perform their functions and are bound by agreements requiring them to keep your information secure and confidential.

Legal requirements and protection of rights

We may disclose personal information when we believe it is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against a person who may be causing harm to or interfering with the rights or property of FitPeo, our users or others, or when required to do so by law, regulation, subpoena, court order or other legal process.

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption and authentication tools where appropriate, to protect the information we hold. Please be aware, however, that no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Cookies

The Service uses cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, keep you signed in and, where you have chosen to save them, store payment details for faster checkout. You may disable cookies through your browser settings; note that doing so may prevent you from using certain features of the Service.

Third-party links

The Service may contain links to websites and services operated by third parties. FitPeo is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites, and we encourage you to read their privacy policies before providing any personal information.

Children’s privacy

The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under 13. If we learn that we have collected such information we will delete it promptly. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

Your privacy choices

• Marketing: opt out of marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any message or by emailing support@fitpeo.com.
• Access & correction: update your contact details in the app or by contacting us.
• Deletion: request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
• Device permissions: manage HealthKit, notifications and other permissions in your device settings.
• Cookies: control cookies through your browser settings as described above.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date and apply to all current and former users of the Service. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
